Maximizing the use of limited resources towards School’s goals and growth is what every school leader strives to achieve. Competing demands and urgency of multiple needs make allocation and deployment a conflicting exercise.

 

This training examines and explores the critical need of Strategic Resource Management, and what it takes to make this right. Principles for establishing clear criteria for the evaluation and prioritization of resource demands will be studied. We will expound on the Strategic Resource Management framework which provides the structure and tools for resource planning, allocation and deployment. These are made simple which sieve out the essential for relevant application in schools.
